Split Personalities is a single player game where the player plays as the protagonist and the antagonist, both of which has different goals.
The project is innovative because it forces a player to be both the protagonist and antagonist.
This project aims to give the player a unique experience by having them play as both the protagonist and the antagonist. They will play as the protagonist trying to achieve their goal, while they will also play as the antagonist opposing that goal.
The game will be somewhat story-based and have some action. I still need to figure out exactly what I want, but it would be that the player can't tell the switch between the two characters, or the player knows the switch but has reasons to accomplish both goals from either character.
This project involves the technical fields of both game design and game programming. It would take programming to get everything to work and game design to get everything to work fluidly.
This project was inspired by different Minecraft videos where the players would try to get each other to die by setting up traps and split-personality disorder.
